At MÍRAY, we are committed to providing premium quality pieces and a seamless shopping experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags must be attached
• Items must be free from makeup, perfume, or marks
We offer refunds to your original payment method for eligible items
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
Exchanges
• We offer exchanges for size or colour, subject to availability
• If your requested item is unavailable, you may choose a store credit or refund
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve this as a priority.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at info@miray.com.au or DM us on Instagram
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• We do not accept returns after 7 days
• MÍRAY reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy

Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Once your return has been shipped, kindly email or DM us your tracking number so we can monitor the delivery.
As soon as your item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly.
