Shipping policy

Enjoy fast & free shipping on all orders Australia wide over $200 ! Orders typically leave our facility within 1 business day to process and leave our facility. Once your order leaves our facility it'll be at your doorstep within 2-7 business days. 

We offer 1-2 day express shipping for AUS domestic orders via AUS POST. Orders must be placed before 11 AM AEST to leave our facility on the same business day, and will arrive by the next business day. Business days are Mon-Fri, not including weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 11 AM AEST will leave our facility on the next business day, and will arrive to the customer on the following business day.

For example:

An order placed on a Thursday at 9 AM AEST will leave our facility on Thursday (same day) and arrive by Friday (next business day).

An order placed on a Thursday at 5 PM AEST will leave our facility on Friday (next day) and arrive by Monday (next business day).

An order placed on a Wednesday at 9 PM AEST will leave our facility on Thursday (next day) and arrive by Friday (next business day).

An order placed on a Friday at 9 AM AEST will leave our facility on Friday (same business day) and arrive by Monday (next business day).

An order placed on a Friday at 9 PM AEST will leave our facility on Monday (next business day) and arrive by Tuesday (next business day).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We now offer Express Shipping on orders placed outside of AUSTRALIA with additional costs. Orders will typically arrive within 2-7 business days after leaving our facility, however please note some exceptions can occur and shipping dates are not guaranteed.
